Jillian Rubman: Instructional Design Specialist

About Me

I’m passionate about education and technology’s potential to change the way we learn. With teaching and academic experience in the US and abroad, I bring a global perspective to digital learning. I also put my excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to use in my work.

My focus is on the design and development of interactive, engaging, and effective learning experiences.

As an instructional designer at Wellesley College, my enthusiasm for education and technology help me to make a positive impact on students’ learning experiences. Previously, I polished my skills in the field through learning design jobs at Harvard University while earning my Master’s in Technology, Innovation, and Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

The projects showcased here range from a multimedia presentation created for a nonprofit organization in 2011 to select group projects created during my master’s program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. While each project focuses on a different theme, they all work at the intersection of technology and education to improve students’ formal and informal learning experiences.
